NOTICE: SERVER DOWN UNTIL PATCH

This is just a courtesy update: Until ED can release a hotfix correcting some resource allocation issues in DCS 2.9, we are unable to get the server powered up and working. We’ve tried multiple corrective measures to no avail and will continue to troubleshoot the issue. We hope to update you as progress continues. Thanks again for flying CVW-20
